Terms of Service

DevMarDe is a trading name of Designn Space Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14258316), registered office 61 Hangleton Drive, Birmingham, B11 2QD. Our team also works from Islamabad and Lahore in Pakistan.

By using devmarde.com or buying from us you agree to these terms. Our apps and Crawl Audit have extra terms of their own, listed in section 9. Where those say something different, theirs apply to that product.

Our services (development, marketing, design, the AI Visibility Fix, Monitoring and the agency plans) are sold to businesses, not to consumers. Our apps are open to anyone and follow the terms in section 9.

• Published prices are the prices you pay. We invoice the figure shown, with no live currency conversion. Designn Space Ltd issues every invoice, in US dollars or pounds.
• The AI Visibility Fix is priced from your Crawl Audit report, up to $490 (£390). We confirm what your platform lets us change, and the price, before you pay anything.
• Monitoring is $99 (£79) a month, and you can cancel any month.
• Agency plans: wholesale fix $290 (£230) per site, five-site pack $1,250 (£995), wholesale monitoring $49 (£39) per site per month. There is no minimum and no contract. Five-site pack credits must be used within six months of purchase.
• Development, marketing and design start with a fixed-price scoping sprint (two weeks, or three for a brand sprint). The price is agreed in writing before work starts. After that, work runs as a monthly retainer or as a fixed phase agreed in writing.
• Ad spend is billed to your own card by the ad platforms. We never mark it up.
• When you pay: one-time work (a sprint, a fix, an agency fix) is paid in full before we start. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month. You pay by bank transfer or the card link on the invoice, and invoices are due within 7 days.

Before we start, we record your score on the free Crawl Audit check, the same one you can run yourself at any time. When we finish, we run it again. If your score has not gone up by at least 20 points, we refund the fix in full.

• Claim within 30 days of handover by emailing hello@devmarde.com.
• The re-score is the one we run at handover. You can watch it or re-run it yourself.
• It does not apply if access we need is withdrawn, or if someone else changes the site before the re-score.
• If your starting score is above 80, we tell you before you pay, and the guarantee is the largest gain still possible.
• A refunded fix stays on your site and you keep it.

The guarantee means AI assistants can crawl, identify and quote your site. Nobody can promise that ChatGPT or any other assistant will recommend you, and we do not. It applies to the AI Visibility Fix and the agency wholesale fix. It does not apply to Monitoring, retainers or scoping sprints.

• Monitoring and wholesale monitoring: cancel any month. You are not charged for the next month. The current month is not refunded.
• Retainers: stop with 30 days' notice. Nothing we run for you is on an annual contract.
• Scoping sprints and one-time jobs: you can stop at any time. Before work starts you get a full refund. Once work has started the fee is not refunded, and you keep everything produced so far.
• Apps: subscriptions and purchases made through Google Play are refunded under Google Play's refund policy. See section 9.

• Your accounts, your code. Code, designs and content we make for you are yours once paid for. Repositories, cloud projects and ad accounts are created under your organisation, not ours, so nothing has to move if you leave.
• The plan is yours to take elsewhere, whether or not you continue with us.
• Our own tools stay ours. That includes Crawl Audit, our checklists, and reusable code and components we bring to a job. You get a permanent licence to use whatever of them ends up in your project.
• Case studies: we do not name you or publish your results without your written okay.
• Agency work: your client never hears the name DevMarDe unless you tell them, and we never contact your client.
• This website: the text, designs and code on devmarde.com are ours or used with permission. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please do not copy whole pages.

• Access: you give us the access the job needs, such as a CMS login, a Git repository, or time with your developer. If it is late, our dates move with it.
• Content approval: content carries a named author and your review before anything publishes.
• Confidentiality: we keep your business information and data confidential, use it only for your project, and delete or return it when the work ends. If you need a signed NDA or a data processing agreement, ask before we start and we will sign one.
• Slots: we take 10 fix slots a month. When they are full, the next slot is the following month.

• Our free tools, including Crawl Audit and the Readiness Checker, are provided as they are. Their results come from automated checks and public information. They are not a security test, legal advice or a promise of rankings or recommendations.
• Only check websites you own or have permission to check. Do not use our tools or site to overload, attack or probe anyone's systems, or to collect data from them in bulk.
• We may change or stop a free tool at any time.
• Links to other sites are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.
• How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data with the data deletion form.

Each app is developed and published by Designn Space Ltd. The plans below are the ones shown on each app's page and in Google Play at the time of writing. The price you are shown when you subscribe or buy is the one that applies. If it differs from this page, the store price wins.

• Crawl Audit: the free check scores 25 signals, and the full report scores 200 and costs $7.89 once. Its own terms are at crawlaudit.devmarde.com/terms.
• Subscriptions and purchases in Android apps are billed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in the Google Play Store. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the current period ends. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
• Your data in an app is yours. We store and process it only to run the app. Keep your own copy of anything your business cannot lose, because automatic backups are a convenience and not a guarantee.
• Vital Track and health information: Vital Track is a diary. It does not diagnose or treat anything and does not replace your doctor.
• Wattwise figures are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Get a written quote before you buy a solar system.
• Other apps and products we publish are covered by these terms too. Their store listing or page shows their plan, and their privacy policy is linked from it.
• We may update, suspend or retire an app. If we retire one that you pay for, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data. Inventorini's own terms carry their own notice and governing-law wording, and those apply to Inventorini.

We do the work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost business. Otherwise our total liability for any job is capped at what you paid us for that job. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when. Changes do not apply to work already agreed in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute, except where an app's own terms name a different law for that app.
