Who we are
Our Homes (“the app”) is developed and published by DevMarDe (https://devmarde.com). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
The short version
Everything you enter stays on your device; DevMarDe does not collect, send or sell it. There is no account, and DevMarDe runs no analytics of its own. The free version shows ads; the ad SDK collects app interaction and diagnostic data as described under “Advertising”. Pro removes the ads.
Data you enter
The names of your homes, the days you mark, costs, currency and settings are stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. The app never transmits this data to DevMarDe or anyone else. Its only network use is Google Play’s own services for purchases and ratings (described below), which do not receive the data you enter.
Backups and exports
When you choose “Save backup file”, “Save PDF” or a CSV export, the file is saved where you pick (for example on your phone or in Google Drive). What happens to that file afterwards is up to you.
If Android backup is switched on for your device, Android may include the app’s data in your personal device backup with Google. You control this in your device settings.
Advertising
The free version shows one small banner ad, served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google collects information from your device such as its advertising ID, IP address, coarse location derived from it, details about the app and device, how you interact with the ads, and diagnostic data such as crash and performance information. This is used for advertising, analytics (measuring ads) and fraud prevention. Google may use this to show personalised ads, subject to your consent. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first and can change it any time under Settings → Ad preferences. Details: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Our Homes Pro (a monthly subscription through Google Play) removes all ads; no advertising data is collected while Pro is active.
Purchases
Our Homes Pro is a monthly subscription sold through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; DevMarDe does not receive your payment details. The app only asks Google Play whether Pro has been purchased on your account. Google’s privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Ratings
The app may occasionally show Google Play’s standard rating dialog. Any rating or review you give is sent to Google Play, not to DevMarDe.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Deleting your data
Delete a home or a switch inside the app, or uninstall the app (or clear its storage in Android settings) to delete all of its data from your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at https://devmarde.com/ourhomes/privacy-policy with a new date.
