Aqua Core OS
Two ledgers, because water plants are owed money and bottles.
Aqua Core OS runs a bottled-water plant end to end: customers, drivers, daily deliveries, and the two balances that actually decide whether the plant is healthy: cash owed and bottles out. Multi-tenant, so a group runs every plant from one login.
Designed, built and supported by DevMarDe. Not resold, not white-labelled, and not handed to anyone else after launch. The people who wrote it take the support calls.

A customer can be square on cash and eleven bottles down. Aqua Core OS keeps cash owed and bottles out as separate running totals, so you can chase the right one.
Every balance starts from the figure you were already carrying, then adds deliveries and subtracts verified payments. Day one of the software is not day one of the account.
Deliveries recorded off-network queue on the phone and sync when the driver is back in range. The driver never waits on a loading spinner at a gate.
Proof of delivery is a finger signature on the driver's screen, attached to that delivery. No paper book to lose between the van and the office.
Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfers arrive with a reference number and sit pending until a manager verifies them. The ledger moves on confirmed money only.
Debt thresholds default to Rs 5,000 for a household and Rs 25,000 for a corporate account, and are editable per customer. Cross one and ordering locks before the next load goes out.
Cost of goods, expenses, asset purchases and written-off bottles all feed one financial view, with a six-month profit trend across every plant for the owner.
Managers who want English get English. Drivers who read Roman Urdu get Roman Urdu. Same data, one switch per person.
Where your bottles are, at any moment
A bottle is in one of these four states, and the four have to add up to what you own. These are one plant's real numbers, off the Bottles screen.

Empty, back from customers, ready to fill

Out with customers right now

Written off rather than chased forever

Rs 1,250 each, Rs 875,000 of asset
Before this, the only way to check that sum was to stop the vans and count. A write-off now carries a reason and the name of whoever logged it. Five bottles at Rs 1,250 is Rs 6,250 off your assets, not a line that quietly goes missing from a notebook.

What you are owed, and what you are spending
Bottles are one balance. Cash is the other. They stay apart, because a customer can be clear on money and still owe you eleven bottles.
Real figures from one plant. Costs sit next to revenue, so the profit line is a number you can act on.

“The argument was always the same: he says he returned the empties, we say he did not. Now the bottle count is its own balance and it starts from what he already owed us. That argument is over.”
“We run three plants and I used to get three Excel files on the 1st. Now it is one login. Half our area has no signal in the basements; the drivers record anyway and it catches up when they come out.”
Questions people ask
- What does the bottle balance actually count?
- Nineteen-litre bottles that left on a delivery and have not come back as empties, added to whatever the customer already owed you when you started. It is tracked separately from cash, because the two are chased differently.
- Can a driver record a delivery with no internet?
- Yes. It queues on the phone and syncs by itself when the phone is back on a network. Nothing is lost and nothing is entered twice.
- How does a customer pay, and when does the ledger move?
- Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or cash to the driver. Digital payments are submitted with a reference ID and sit as pending until a manager verifies them, so a balance only moves on money somebody has confirmed arrived.
- What happens when a customer owes too much?
- Each account carries a debt threshold: Rs 5,000 for a household and Rs 25,000 for a corporate account by default, editable per customer. Past it, that customer cannot place another order until they pay it down.
- Can we bring our existing customer book in?
- Yes, and you should. Onboarding loads your customers with their current cash and bottle balances as opening figures, so the ledger is right from the first delivery.
- Does each plant see the other plants?
- No. Each plant is its own tenant. Only a super admin sees across plants, and that is where the six-month profit comparison lives.
- Is there an iPhone app?
- Not yet. The Android app is on Google Play, and the web app installs and works in any phone browser, including Safari on iPhone.
- Where do backups go, and how many are kept?
- A Google Drive folder you own and share with the app, written to nightly. Five are kept on a rolling policy: one monthly, one weekly and three daily.
- What does it cost?
- Rs 1,480 to Rs 2,480 per plant per month depending on plant size, with the trial length set when your plant is created, fifteen days by default.
