Getting started in Islamabad

We have an office in Islamabad, so an in-person setup session is possible. One of our two Pakistan offices, alongside Lahore. Kickoffs, workshops and reviews happen in person.

What it does

  • CustomersRecords, addresses, security deposit, a per-customer bottle price and debt limit, and the two running balances.
  • Orders and deliveryBottles out, empties back, cash taken at the door, signed for on the driver's screen. Queues offline and syncs on its own.
  • PaymentsEasypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfers with a reference ID, held pending until a manager verifies them.
  • BottlesIn circulation, in plant, total stock and damaged: four states rather than one count.
  • MoneyCash collection per driver, cost of goods, expenses, assets and loss write-offs, rolled into one financial view.
  • PlantsOne tenant per plant, four roles, and a super-admin view across every plant with a six-month profit trend.
  • BackupsA nightly export to a Google Drive folder you own. Five are kept: one monthly, one weekly, three daily.
  • NotificationsPush through Firebase for refill reminders and order updates, plus a statement on the first of the month.

Questions people ask

What does the bottle balance actually count?
Nineteen-litre bottles that left on a delivery and have not come back as empties, added to whatever the customer already owed you when you started. It is tracked separately from cash, because the two are chased differently.
Can a driver record a delivery with no internet?
Yes. It queues on the phone and syncs by itself when the phone is back on a network. Nothing is lost and nothing is entered twice.
How does a customer pay, and when does the ledger move?
Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or cash to the driver. Digital payments are submitted with a reference ID and sit as pending until a manager verifies them, so a balance only moves on money somebody has confirmed arrived.
What happens when a customer owes too much?
Each account carries a debt threshold: Rs 5,000 for a household and Rs 25,000 for a corporate account by default, editable per customer. Past it, that customer cannot place another order until they pay it down.
Can we bring our existing customer book in?
Yes, and you should. Onboarding loads your customers with their current cash and bottle balances as opening figures, so the ledger is right from the first delivery.
Does each plant see the other plants?
No. Each plant is its own tenant. Only a super admin sees across plants, and that is where the six-month profit comparison lives.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. The Android app is on Google Play, and the web app installs and works in any phone browser, including Safari on iPhone.
Where do backups go, and how many are kept?
A Google Drive folder you own and share with the app, written to nightly. Five are kept on a rolling policy: one monthly, one weekly and three daily.
What does it cost?
Rs 1,480 to Rs 2,480 per plant per month depending on plant size, with the trial length set when your plant is created, fifteen days by default.
