Inventorini
Cartons and loose pieces, counted the way a godown counts them.
Inventorini keeps stock in the two units a godown actually deals in: full cartons and loose pieces. Open a carton and the pieces appear. Bill from either. Every bill shows what it earned, udhaar goes on each customer's own khata, and every shop gets a free storefront customers order from over WhatsApp.
Designed, built and supported by DevMarDe. Not resold, not white-labelled, and not handed to anyone else after launch. The people who wrote it take the support calls.

One action breaks a carton into loose pieces and another packs pieces back into a carton. The count stays right in both units, so nothing is double-sold.
Profit is calculated per bill against what that stock cost you. You find out on the counter, not at the end of the month.
Save a customer once and their khata keeps every udhaar bill, every payment and the old udhaar you carry over from the register, with the balance worked out for you. Record what was paid at the counter and the rest goes on their khata. A balance reminder or a payment receipt opens in WhatsApp with the message already written.
Each shop gets a public catalogue at its own link. A customer builds a cart and the whole order lands in your WhatsApp in Roman Urdu, priced and totalled. No app for them to install, no commission for you to pay.
The storefront never shows a quantity. A customer sees in stock or out of stock, and only if you turn that badge on. Nobody gets a live feed of what you are holding.
Sign in with a username and a PIN, and stay signed in on a session you can revoke from any other device. The app then locks behind the phone's own fingerprint or face check, enforced on the server rather than by an overlay you could remove.
Import the container packing list you already keep. Items, units and quantities come across in one go rather than being typed in twice, and the whole import counts as a single entry.
Price a line below what that stock cost you and the bill warns you there and then, while the customer is still at the counter.
The whole interface runs in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu, and you can rename cartons and pieces to whatever your shop calls them: peti and dana, bori, dozen, whatever the word is.
The free plan carries none either. A banner inside a billing app would have earned less than one subscription and cost the app a Contains ads label, so it was taken out rather than tuned.

“Nobody else counts the way we count. Fourteen cartons and seven loose pieces is not fifteen cartons. This one opens the carton properly and the number stays right. The store link goes on our WhatsApp status now.”
“Rs 1,490 a month is less than the notebook stack I was buying. The PIN login matters more than I expected; staff will not type an email on a shop phone. And I can see what each bill made before the customer has left.”
Questions people ask
- What counts as an entry in the free plan?
- A billable write: stock in, a sale, a bill, opening or packing a carton, or an audit. A bill, an Excel import and an audit each count as one no matter how many lines they contain. Reads, settings changes and storefront edits are free.
- What happens when the free plan ends?
- New entries stop and the app offers the paid plan. Nothing is deleted and everything stays readable. Subscribe and you carry on from where you were. The app warns you once you have used 160 of your 200 entries rather than at the wall.
- Can I sell in pieces from a sealed carton?
- Yes. Open the carton in the app, the pieces enter loose stock, and the carton count drops by one. The total never drifts.
- Can it stop staff selling too cheap?
- It warns them. Price a line below what that stock cost and the bill flags it as you write it, with the cost shown. It does not block the sale, since sometimes you do mean it, but nobody does it by accident.
- Can it keep my udhaar khata?
- Yes. Save each customer by name, with a mobile number if you want one. When you make a bill, write the customer's name and what they paid now; the rest goes on their khata. Old udhaar from your paper register can be added as an opening amount. Each customer's khata shows every bill, payment and old udhaar with the balance, and if someone pays more than they owe, the extra stays as advance. Only the owner can remove a wrong payment or old-udhaar entry, and bill entries stay with their bill.
- Does the storefront cost extra?
- No. It is included, and the orders come to your own WhatsApp number. We do not take a cut of anything sold through it, and the storefront never shows your stock quantities.
- Does the app show ads?
- No, on any plan. Ads were removed rather than tuned: at local banner rates a few hundred free shops would have earned less than one subscription, in exchange for a Contains ads label on a billing app.
- Do staff need their own logins?
- They can have them. The owner login sees everything; staff logins are scoped to counter work. A PIN reset signs every other device out.
- Is there an iPhone app?
- The web app installs on iPhone from Safari and works offline once installed. The native build is Android.
