Your health data belongs strictly to you. It is saved in your private Google Sheet and stored locally on your device. Vital Track has no server, and your health readings are never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

1. Who we are

Vital Track is a personal health record-keeping app published by DevMarDe. Contact: hello@devmarde.com · +92 306 072 0072 · devmarde.com.

We never receive, store, sell or share any of the data above. It never passes through servers we control.

3. Advertising (free version)

To cover running costs, the free version of Vital Track shows banner and full-screen ads provided by Google AdMob. Supporters (monthly or lifetime) see no ads.

  • We request non-personalized ads only. Ads are never targeted using your health readings, and your health data is never given to AdMob or any ad network.
  • Like any ad service, the Google Mobile Ads SDK itself processes limited device information to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud: the advertising ID (where permitted), IP address, device model, operating system and app version, and ad interaction events. This is handled by Google under the Google partner sites policy and Google Privacy Policy.
  • In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and other regions where required, you are asked for consent through Google's consent form before ads load. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Android settings (Privacy → Ads).

4. Purchases (optional supporter plans)

Supporter plans are sold through Google Play Billing (or Apple's App Store on iPhone). Google or Apple processes the payment; we never see your card or payment details. The app only checks with the store whether your account has an active plan so it can hide ads.

5. Google Sign-In and Google Sheets (optional)

Signing in with Google is optional. If you do, the app asks Google for permission to (a) see your email address and basic profile and (b) create and edit spreadsheets the app itself created (drive.file and spreadsheets scopes). The app cannot see any other file in your Google Drive. Your readings are sent directly from your phone to Google's Sheets service over an encrypted connection (TLS) and are stored under your Google account. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Vital Track's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google Sign-In and Google Sheets is never used for advertising.

6. Permissions the app requests

  • Notifications / exact alarms: to ring the daily check-in reminders you set, including when the phone is idle.
  • Internet / network state: to sync with your own Google Sheet (if signed in), load ads in the free version, and check supporter purchases.
  • Advertising ID: used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the free version, as described in section 3.
  • Phone dialer (via a link): the emergency button opens the dialer with your chosen contact; the app never places calls itself and cannot read your contacts.

7. Deleting your data

  • On the device: Settings → "Delete everything on this phone", or uninstall the app.
  • In Google Sheets: delete the My_Health_Records_VitalTrack spreadsheet from your Google Drive. It is your file, so deletion is immediate and complete; we hold no copy.
  • Advertising data: reset your advertising ID in Android settings, or become a supporter to stop ads entirely.

Step-by-step instructions are on our data deletion page.

8. Children

Vital Track is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.

9. Security

Health data on the device is kept in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. Communication with Google uses TLS. The app contains no server credentials or secret keys.

10. Medical disclaimer

Vital Track is a personal record-keeping utility and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult a qualified physician regarding health conditions.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date.
