The problem
A godown does not hold fifteen cartons. It holds fourteen cartons and seven loose pieces, and software that stores one number gets the count wrong the first time someone opens a box. On top of that, most inventory apps want an email, a password and a card before they do anything.
What we shipped
- Dual-unit stock: every item held as cartons and as loose pieces, with one action to open a carton and another to pack one
- Bills that draw from either unit and show the profit on that bill as it is written
- A free public storefront per shop whose orders arrive on the owner's own WhatsApp, with no commission taken
- Username and PIN sign-in, with the app locked behind the phone's own fingerprint or face check
- Excel import for the stock list a shop already keeps
- Free for 30 days or 200 entries, whichever runs out first, then Rs 1,490 a month. Locking stops new entries; it deletes nothing
Result
In production, in English, Urdu and Roman Urdu. Growth comes from lead magnets and programmatic pages rather than ads, the same approach we sell to marketing clients.
