From a neon agency site to a design system

The problem

Our previous site had two typefaces, gradients on every section, glass panels and fifteen homepage sections that said the same thing. It looked like every other agency.

What we shipped

  • A three-slice diamond mark that reads as one shape at 16px
  • Design tokens exported to CSS, Tailwind and JSON
  • A component library: buttons, cards, badges, forms, dialog, toast, tabs
  • This Next.js site rebuilt on the system, with the same tokens used in our products

Result

One family, four weights. Flat surfaces. The pillar colours appear as a 2px rule, a badge or an eyebrow, never as a background.
