Software development for Next.js
SaaS products, marketing sites owned by engineering teams, and everything we build ourselves. Get a platform, app or internal tool that launches on time and keeps running. On Next.js specifically, this is what changes.

What Next.js gets right, and what it does not
- App Router, server components and route handlers are our default stack; this site is built on them.
AI visibility on Next.js
- llms.txt. Place llms.txt in /public. It deploys with the site and is served as text/plain.
- Schema. Render an @graph in app/layout.tsx for Organization and WebSite, and page-level blocks in each page component.
- Crawlers. Export a robots() function from app/robots.ts with explicit allow rules per AI user agent.
What we would ship first
- Product engineeringCustomer-facing platforms built to be handed over, with tests and documentation that survive us.
- Mobile appsReact Native and Expo apps on Android and iOS, with the store listings, crash reporting and release pipeline in place.
- Multi-tenant SaaSTenant isolation, billing, roles and the admin panel you need to run it. We have shipped four of our own.
- Internal toolsThe unglamorous systems that replace eleven spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group.
How the engagement runs
- Scoping sprint. Two weeks. We map the workflows, the data and the risks, and hand you a plan with a fixed price for phase one.
- Build. Weekly demos on a staging URL. Nothing is described in a slide that could be shown in a browser.
- Launch. Release pipeline, monitoring, store listings and a written runbook before the first real user.
- Run. A monthly retainer covers on-call, dependency updates and the small changes every live product needs.

Questions people ask
- Do you work inside our existing Next.js setup?
- Yes. The scoping sprint starts with what is there. We extend Next.js where that is honest and propose a move only when the platform is the constraint.
- Can you fix AI crawler access on Next.js?
- Export a robots() function from app/robots.ts with explicit allow rules per AI user agent.
- Do you take over existing codebases?
- Yes. The scoping sprint starts with a written assessment of what is there, what we would keep and what we would replace.
- Who owns the code?
- You do, from the first commit. Repositories and cloud accounts are created under your organisation.
