Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how DevMarDe ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information across our website devmarde.com, tools, and affiliated applications including AI Readiness Checker, Oru Studio, and Zavraa.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information you provide: Name, email, phone, company URL, messages via contact forms, data deletion requests (name, email, phone, app, reason, details).
b) Automatically collected: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, time on site via Vercel Analytics / PostHog (if enabled).
c) Tools data: URLs you check in Readiness Checker, scores, checklist results. We do NOT store your website content beyond what is needed to generate the report.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide services: AI visibility audits, newsletters, support.
- To store leads and data deletion requests in Google Sheets (secure, access-controlled).
- To communicate: respond to inquiries, send AI Pulse newsletter if subscribed.
- To improve: anonymized analytics to improve tools.
- Legal compliance: GDPR, CCPA deletion requests.
3. Google Sheets Storage
We use Google Sheets as our secure database for:

Access is restricted to service account with Sheets API scope. Sheets are encrypted at rest by Google. We retain deletion logs for 30 days after completion for audit, then purge.
4. Data Deletion Rights
You have the right to request deletion at any time:

Upon verified request, we delete: your contact data, newsletter subscription, tool history, and mark Sheets row as COMPLETED. Backups are purged within 90 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We use: Vercel (hosting), Google Sheets API (storage), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics (optional). No data is sold. Service providers are GDPR-compliant processors.
6. Data Retention
Newsletter: until unsubscribe. Leads: 12 months. Deletion requests: 30 days after completion. Analytics: 26 months aggregated.

8. Security
We use JWT service accounts, environment variables, HTTPS, and restricted Sheet access. No plain-text private keys in code. If breach occurs, we notify within 72h.
